At Shubham Organics, we are dedicated to providing you with the best quality A2 Cow Ghee and Wild Honey. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or seek a refund. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please take note of our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has not been shipped, you may receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can follow our return and refund process (outlined below) once the product is delivered.

Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shubham Organics. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will provide you with instructions for the return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or a damaged item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Exceptions:
We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Also, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable goods like A2 Cow Ghee and Wild Honey unless they are damaged or defective.
We assure our customers that in the event of receiving a damaged product, we will promptly process refunds within 7 working days.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, as determined by our inspection.
